Following completion of the house last year, we sat down with Patrick Schirf of cityhomeCOLLECTIVE to talk about Parkview Mountain House and the overall process.

The new 1,600 square foot store is going into the historic Oak Saloon building and is expected to open in late December, just in time for the peak winter season.

PMH grew out of our deep love for the mountains. We wanted to create a modern, minimal, and design-forward home that could serve as the ideal home base for skiing and snowboarding, creative pursuits, and remote work within the mountains.

Construction is well underway at Parkview Mountain House and the team is getting ready to pour the house’s foundations.
