The Award-Winning House Collection (at Junction House)

Junction House was designed to include a limited collection of larger two-storey suites (shown above is one of them). We dubbed these the House Collection because the intent was to replicate many of the benefits of low-rise housing in a mid-rise condo building. Larger floor plans. Generous terraces with standard BBQ and water connections. Distinct dining areas. And upstairs bedrooms — which, of course, is great for privacy.

These suites have proven to be extremely popular with groups ranging from young families to folks who currently own a low-rise house — and like having great outdoor space — but no longer want the maintenance and upkeep. They’re looking for the simplicity of locking their door and heading to the cottage or jumping on a plane (rest assured, recreational air travel will return).
