Rick is a real estate developer with over 17 years of experience. Serving as Executive Vice-President of Development at Globizen, he manages the design and construction processes while navigating city approvals and permitting.

Rick has played a leading role in delivering over 2,000 mixed tenure residential units in Toronto including Junction House, Queen Ashbridge, The Yorkdale, and Market Wharf. 

An alumnus of the University of Toronto, Rick holds both an Honours BA and a Master of Architecture. He further enriched his knowledge studying real estate finance at NYU's Schack Institute of Real Estate, combining a solid architectural foundation with strategic financial insight.
