Jason Markoulakis is a certified professional accountant with over 15 years of experience in real estate construction, development, and property management. He specializes in financial reporting, underwriting, and consulting services for private high-net-worth clients, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and pension funds. Prior to joining Globizen, Jason was Controller for multiple private high-net-worth clients, including the Fidani, Hull, and Longo families, and was involved in the completion of over 2,000 units and over 3,000 units under development in mixed-use high-rise residential communities across the Greater Toronto Area. Jason holds both CMA and CPA designations from The Institute of Charted Accountants of Ontario, a BBA from the University of Guelph, and a BA Advanced Diploma with Accounting Specialization from the Humber College Institute of Technology.
