Brandon Donnelly
Brandon Graham Donnelly is a real estate developer and blogger based in Toronto. He is Managing Director of Development at Slate Asset Management and founder of the Globizen Group. He also writes a popular blog focused on city building that was named as one of the best city blogs in the world by the Guardian UK. Brandon has over 17 years of real estate experience and is known for his creative, design-forward, and detailed-oriented approach to development. Recent projects that he has led include Junction House and the Studio Gang-designed One Delisle tower in midtown Toronto. Prior experience includes development positions at CAPREIT (development lead), TAS, and Morguard, where he managed urban infill residential (condo & rental), office and retail projects. In 2013, he also cofounded the condo review site Dirt (thedirt.co), which was acquired in 2018. Brandon studied architecture and fine art history at the University of Toronto. He also has a master’s in architecture and real estate development from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA focused on innovation & entrepreneurship from the Rotman School at the University of Toronto.

Kieran Boyd
Kieran is a construction management specialist with over 20 years of experience and is Executive Director of Construction at Globizen. Kieran has completed well in excess of $1 billion in commercial, institutional, industrial, and residential projects. Kieran studied at the University of Western Sydney, Australia and has a Bachelor of Business & Commerce (International Business) in addition to a Bachelor Degree in Construction Science & Management from George Brown College.

Rick Sole
Rick is a development professional with over 15 years of experience. He specializes in city approvals and permits, as well as design management and coordination. He is Vice-President of Development at Globizen. Rick has extensive high-rise residential experience through his work with Context Development as Director of Development, where he delivered of over 2000 units. Rick studied architecture at the University of Toronto where he completed both an Honours BA, and a Master of Architecture. He also attended NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate where he studied real estate finance.
