We're city builders. Our focus is on challenging urban infill sites and we consider design and sustainability to be paramount in everything we do. We act as developers ourselves and we provide development services to others.

Our properties group is focused on the acquisition and management of income producing real estate assets that we typically hold for the long-term. In all cases, we look for opportunities to create value through design and/or repositioning.

Globizen Studio offers creative solutions in architecture, interiors, urban design, infographics, marketing, and branding & identity. The studio works for both the Globizen Group and external clients.
